As far as our partners are aware, the above SOLAS regulations require that each firefighter must have at least two two-way portable radiotelephone devices as communication equipment and carry them on all SOLAS-compliant ships.
This requirement must be fully enforced on all SOLAS-compliant ships, no later than the first radio survey after July 1, 2018. For new ships, this requirement is already in force and is being implemented. As the implementation deadline gets closer, we are willing to support our partners in preparing for the demand for equipment supply to the market, considering the number of units supplied to the market in a relatively short period of time. Therefore, we have decided to offer a special discount for the SAILOR 3965 UHF Fire Fighter to meet this challenge.
